Womb Wisdom Practice
In this meditation, we will connect to, awaken and explore the wisdom of the womb space.
Connecting to your womb means connecting to your perhaps deepest spiritual center that for many of us is a very wounded and forgotten space.
Honoring your womb means honoring the feminine: the deep, dark, untouchable places of inner wisdom or intuition, fierce, fiery power, and the cycles of life - birth, growth, decay, death and rebirth. The womb stands for the feminine essence of humanity and Mother Earth herself.
Instead of connecting to and honoring the womb, we as a collective have tried to control her and her functions, rejecting and suppressing her power.
Let us take this time to mend these wounds, be with her and let her guide you.
